New Microwave Solid State Amplifiers.

Solid-state amplifiers that cover the 0.7 – 6 GHz frequency band are not unusual. But they all require dual bands (two amplifiers) to provide high linear output power over this extreme wide bandwidth. That is, until we created the first single band units in the industry. These amplifiers provide 15 to 200 watts of power across the instantaneous 0.7- 6 GHz frequency band. The ability to use one band instead of two means no switching between amplifiers to provide the power to the load, you use less power and save money. Our Class A amplifiers offer low harmonic distortion and excellent noise figures and are also small and lightweight for your most demanding EMC or Wireless application.

“S” Series-Solid State: 0.7 to 18 GHz, 1 to 1200 Watts.
For Immunity and Wireless Testing.
Our “S” Series amplifiers are Mismatch Tolerant providing 100% of rated power without foldback. These amplifiers will operate without damage or oscillation with any magnitude and phase of source and load impedance.

All our “S” Series Microwave Amplifiers have modulation capability that will faithfully reproduce AM, FM or Pulse Modulation appearing on the input signal. The AM peak envelope power is limited to specified power.

“T” Series CW Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers (TWTAs): 1 to 45 GHz, 40 to 2,000 Watts.
“TP” Series Pulse Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers (TWTAs): 1 to 18 GHz, 120 to 8,300 Watts.
All our “T” and “TP” Series Continuous Wave Microwave Amplifiers have modulation capability that will faithfully reproduce AM, FM or Pulse Modulation appearing on the input signal.
